Pursue

When we were approached by EFL (Education For A Lifetime) and their Pursue program to redesigning one of their websites and create a separate website for Pursue, we were very excited! Having the great mission statement – “The mission of Education for a Lifetime is to bring whole-person health to all youth in Colorado Springs so that they may lead healthy and productive lives” – we knew that these were the type of people that we loved working with.

Pursue is a Colorado Springs based organization that presents through programs focused on a whole-person model of health. Their model teaches that teen sexual activity will affect students socially, emotionally, physically, ethically and mentally. The idea is to encourage and inspire a lifestyle of healthy choices that will lead to behavior change. They present to over 6,000 students each year and provide a wide range of programs throughout the school districts in and around Colorado Springs.

For Pursue, we proposed a fresh design through mock-ups that we felt would connect with their audience – young people!  Using WordPress to allow for their office to be able to keep up with needed changes to the content of the site, we built a beautiful site that informs and also calls the viewer to action, whether this being the first time that someone encounters EFL and Pursue, or if it’s a follow up to a presentation that they had in their school. We also pulled together the logo for the new Pursue website. This is a project that we were very proud to work on!
